Raptor Facts
Lanner Falcons have become quite adaptable, even using the tops of power lines as artificial nest sites. A full flight attacker, Lanners can ‘stoop’ or ‘dive’ in excess of 100mph. The impact of the two rear talons accurately striking the head of a bird can take it clean off!
